I have actually constantly been the student that asks many! I could remember this being something that for a long time made me really feel somewhat self-conscious in classes, and now after experiencing several rounds of examination periods I have seen numerous advantages of asking all those concerns! I feel that as a result of this I will certainly have a good empathy with my tutees, as well as really hope that I can offer a comfortable space where they feel able to ask me anything. Additionally, due to this I am currently a lot more familiar with the best ways to give good responses!
I can recall really beginning to love maths when I began to see links in between different topics in the discipline. Up until that time I had always enjoyed the fulfillment I had felt via fixing problems and reaching the correct solution, but had seen the subjects as extremely particular and unique. Later on I got a much better recognition of the skills that I had been discovering as devices to deal with much more complicated problems, and an excellent wish to continue to add to my 'toolbox' of mathematical understanding!
